About Swipe Up and Founder Er. Asif Ayoob

Swipe Up is a wellness-focused dating app that redefines digital relationships by prioritizing authenticity, emotional well-being, and real connections over superficial matching.

The platform was founded by Er. Asif Ayoob. Asif Ayoob is an Indian civil engineer, social entrepreneur, and international diplomat from Kollam, Kerala. He is the Founder and CEO of Swipe Up Interactive Pvt Ltd, Founder and CEO of Bhailog Inc., and Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of IIMSAM (an Intergovernmental Observer to the United Nations ECOSOC). He was also a Delegate to the United Nations in 2018 advocating for social inclusion.

Startup Controversy & Unpaid Dues

Asif Ayoob recently started the startup SwipeUp with a startup from Kollam as the initial tech team, but he moved out of it without settling their payment, causing the startup from Kollam huge financial debt. It is reported that Asif Ayoob contracted them to build the tech for his startup as an MVP with the promise of a few lakhs of Indian Rupees, but due to excessive demands, the project underwent multiple redesigns. When Asif Ayoob had a disagreement with the investor, he dropped the project without paying the startup from Kollam their dues, which is the exact reason the site swipeupapp.com is currently shut down.
